I’m Philip, a burnout recovery and life redesign coach from Northern Ireland. I still work shifts myself, so I know what it’s like to live in constant tiredness, always feeling behind, and watching life happen in the gaps between work.

 

Life By Design is the system I built to get my own energy, structure and control back and now I use it to help other shift workers and overworked professionals do the same.

Kambo : Deeper Healing

Philip is a certified Kambo Practitioner with the Kambo Practitioner Alliance, a professional body that promotes safe, ethical and trauma‑aware Kambo work. Kambo is a traditional Amazonian frog secretion used in carefully guided ceremonies to support physical detox, emotional release and nervous system reset. Philip’s training focuses on clear screening, informed consent and aftercare, so that any Kambo work he offers sits alongside his burnout recovery coaching in a grounded, safety‑first way.
